Why the north eastern side of india is neglected in the national anthem and all the peoples mind ?

I am asking it for the people of the rest of India . North eastern friends also answer this but it is better to know it from the other side

a closed mind wants to keep iitself in closet , the justfication he invests the excuses for justfication for closetness.

materiall y more prosporous tend to look down upon less fortunate , the less fortunates on being ignored tend to think as neglect. overlooking is not neglect. focussed person only look toward them who are usefull and all useless appear to be neglected
