Are the authorities embarassed by the fact that she won gold? Is she a cheat along with a lot of other athletes?

She was banned for missing three tests and to me that is very suspicious. If athletics is your "job" and the rules have changed regarding testing.. then it's your responsibility to know the new rules so that doesn't wash.

However, she has served her ban and should be allowed to get on with it including in the Olympics.

I seem to remember Rio Ferdinand being banned from Football for the same reason. He served his ban and no one bats an eyelid when he plays every week.

I also bet he still picked up his wages from Man Utd while serving his ban. Something that Ohuruogu wasn't able to do.

Once you know the background to the story you will understand that following a change to the procedure there are hundreds (again according to R5) of athletes who have missed 2 tests. Christine missed her third and served a ban.

End of story as far as I am concerned.

I feel certain that she was and is a drug cheat. It's amazing how these athletes never forget anything apart from turning up to doping tests...
