Black Friday was written by the group Steely Dan and recorded by them in the seventies.

I know 3 groups (Flogging Molly, Megadeth and Steely Dan) that have a song called "Black Friday" - not sure which one you are talking about. I hope this helps your search a little.
I personally like Flogging Molly.

its sung by the Steely Dan, the album i9s called The Escape, i think its kinda emo actually.its retarded
