Comes from Justin Timberlake song. Sexy Back. He said that it really has no meaning, and that he normally has a hard time naming his songs so who knows really what he planned for it. It has been mentioned that it can mean anything from bring back the male's ability to overcome a woman with looks like they do to men, and he does have some S&M rifts in the lyrics so that might refer to that genre of things as well or plain and simple, dancing or acting provocatively.

Well, sometimes I give out way too much "sexy" and some people just can't handle that, so I end up having to "take sexy back"

My friend has a dog named "Sexy" - we kept her while my friend was out of town. When my friend returned, he came over to my house to "take Sexy back"

I dunno where that comes from or where you heard it, but if you mean "bringing sexy back" then that's exactly what it means lol
