Yummy, i love to eat flowers, especially the young ones, the ones that i can kidnap from the father (tree) and allure them to my cave (mouth) and eat them!

Mmmmm.....yummie...my favorites are:

Bachelor button, Bee balm, Borage,
Calendula, Chamomile, Chive flowers,
Dandelion, Daylily, Dianthus,
Hibiscus, Hollyhock, Impatiens,
Lilac, Marigold, Mint,
Nasturtium, Pansy, Roses,
Sage, Squash blossom, and Violet.

I think that the only flowers I have eaten are nasturtiums. Not too bad, actually.
My mom, though, has told me how her grandfather used to cook dandelions...I wonder how that would taste...
(btw...I LOVE all of the flowers. It was a bit confusing at first, but it sure is pretty!)

rose petals, if the rose has been grown organically.
I also tried putting some of the edible flowers in my salads but it looked weird and didn't taste like anything

no. but my teacher in the university used to eat flowers when someone gave to her.. i find it weird too

Well, when you're starving, and those mean people keep chasing you away from their vegetable garden, a rabbit's got to do what a rabbit's go to do. Roses are easy to digest and give you good breath.

there is a lot of edible flowers, even violets.
some taste ok, but I mainly use them to boil and make teas.

no, i just smell them.
but who knows what can happen if im hungry and there 's no available food for a while.
in this case , i would choose roses, pink ones best.

yes...roses are edible I think...well I'm sure they are drinkable (rose water)
