A king, by nature, is spoiled beyond necessary means.
Presidents are elected by the masses, and is only as spoiled as his constituents.
So, to answer your question, a king acts like a child, cause that's what he's been treated like all his life.

i dont think clinton acted like a child. he simply acted like someone who got away with things and, frankly, he did.
