I;ve seen an episode when i was a child but no-one else can remember it.Sully finds a little girl in trouble when a china doll is trying ot kill her, in the end i think the doll id put in the microwave. Can anybody else rememeber this? What season was it in? What's the episode called?

If I recall the Chinga episode correctly, that was the one written by Stephen King, and it was the little girl, not the doll that was the source of the fuss. But I can't think of any other episodes that featured dolls.

Perhaps you are possibly thinking of a twilight zone/outer limits episode or one of those chucky doll movies? (I never saw those, mabye they had a microwave, i dunno)
