I would love for things to be the way the used to be. Woman at home with babies and the house work but darn women's rights has pushed us into the working field.
In my home I am the bread winner and my husband is the house husband. He's good at it and I am glad one of us is the stay at home spouse but I'd rather it be me, of course!

The ideal situation for all women is to be able to stay at home when and if they have children, but it is not always possible financially. If the husband has an excellent job great she can do that. Alot of the times he doesnt have that type of job and so a two income family is necessary. Where I live there are alot of single women with children and divorced. Too many of those women fight for every cent of child support that the men have either had to have the money dragged out of them, or the woman is still looking for her ex to pay.Alot of these women were at home with their children to be the best kind of mother to her children and as a result lost her job skills. So alot of single mothers are below the poverty line because of the men that left them and their kids. So my question is an answer to yours. What is the problem with MEN? Why cannot they hold to their responsibilitiy? Get a better job so the women can do their job of mothering, OR pay child support willfully as they are his children too.

The problem with woman is they have been forced to go out into the work force to support their family, because some MAN didn't know how to stay around and support his family. Oh and by the way most woman would love to stay home and raise their families, but because of the cost of things, two people need to work.
Gee if they all stayed home who would you have to arras at the work site?

I believe your question should read;
'what is the problem with women? are they too independent?'
Perhaps it wouldn't hurt you to be kept at home so you can brush up on your spelling.

you are the problem. women are equal to men. when the have babys yes they may need to stay at home but they are not slaves to men.
