WXGA is 1280 x 800; 1,024,000 pixels resolution.
WXGA+ is 1440x900; 1,296,000 pixels resolution.
WSXGA+ is 1680x1050; 1,764,000 pixels resolution. ALL of the above have 16:10 aspect ratio.

Highest resolution is usually best but if it translates to a TOO BIG screen in a laptop, it is LESS than ideal.

WXGS may have been a typo. It does not seem to be part of any Standards.
