Probably not, I spend way too much time on here now...and I am doing it for free, if there was a charge, I would skip it..and get more productive with my life..thanks for asking.

I know that Yahoo! Inc., is free, but in some cases, it is also coupled in with a telephone service, AT&T to be exact. Sign up with AT&T and you get Yahoo included in the service.
So, it may be free to most people, regardless of whatever telephone service you are currently using, and because of this, its free to you, but because I am using AT&T, I am paying for the service, and if I am already paying for something, why in the world would I want to pay twice for the same thing?
Is that like a guy that is driving a car and blows through two stop sighs, without stopping, and at the third stop sign, he stops twice?

No coz I only have money for the Internet service and it comes from my allowance. Plus, a monthly rate would be ridiculous.
