repeat " this too will pass" over and over. this works for fear, stress, sadness blah blah blah.

when I'm sad i will think of happy thoughts, my strengths, talents and my ups or my good side. Insted of my fall backs and weaknesses. and soon on feel a lot better

Sometimes I just go ahead -cry. But I always listened to my favourite songs when I feel depressed.Mostly,it helps........
