I am a newbie in computer hardware.
You can attached any HDD/DVD/CD drive if you have an available IDE cable. Your computer have 4 IDE connector which are:
Primary Master
Primary Slave
Secondary Master
Secondary Slave
Even you have already attached 1 DVD/CD and another hard drive. you can still add another DVD/CD for the two remaining IDE connectors. It just doesn't matter that you have more than 1 CD drive as long as there is an available IDE connector.
Just set the jumpers for MASTER or SLAVE settings of the DVD/CD drive.

If you're wanting to attach a second DVD/CD drive, I'm going to assume that at least 1 of the drives is a burner. It's exactly like doing the second HDD I mentioned in your other question. Assuming the drives have an IDE/ATA interface, you want to set one drive as a master and one drive as a slave.
Here's how I would configure it on my computer:
IDE Channel 0 (or primary) Master Original HDD - C: Drive (this MUST be here)
IDE Channel 0 Slave New HDD
IDE Channel 1 (or secondary) master CD/DVD Drive
IDE Channel 1 slave CD/DVD burner
When answered your first question I believe I labeled the IDE channels as 1 and 2 when it should be 0 or Primary, and 1 or Secondary.

Well, it sounds like you already have a dvd/cd attached. The other point is if you refer to another computer. You'll have to purchase another dvd/cd to attach to another computer.
