girl, if you lost your baby, you'd be bleeding like crazy, be in alot of pain and real sick!.........my 1st son was like that *what' you're going through*..he was all hyper for a while...then he didn't move for the longest time..I got worried also...obviously, he turned out to be fine...just comfortable in his position..haha....but what i'm wondering..what kind of physician don't have a stethoscope available?...he should've directed you to the hospital for an ultrasound or something, dang..lol.....try drinking something sweet..like soda..something that'll get u hyped up..it'll go into ur blood stream, get to the baby, & the baby should begin moving around...my son got real hyper after I drank a Dr. Pepper, lol...then you'll be relieved :) :).........by the way....it's an awwwwesome feeling when the baby's moving around, hu?...seeing it is a trip too...so freaky, but cool

My baby is due this month, and she still goes through periods where she is still and where she is very active. Yesterday evening, my husband and I were out our favorite bar and grill with a friend. (I've been dry, of course during my preganncy and the state in which we live, Ohio, is smoke free. Had the restaurant been smoking, I would not have gone, of course.) They were playing pool and I was at the table reading. My husband walked over to check on me and I had commented that I hadn't felt the baby move in awhile. Sure, I felt her on and off all day, but I had just realized that. The night before, when I wanted to sleep, she was very active. This morning, when I wanted to sleep a bit more, she was active. (I don't think she likes it when I lay on either side now.)
Babies do this. The first time I went a day without feeling my baby, I was very freaked out, too. However, I was moving and standing more than what I normally do so that might have affected her movements, or lack of. I was worried, as it was Saturday and I couldn't even phone the doctor's office, but I tried to stay calm, I prayed and every thing is fine.

This is easy to say than do but you need to relax, stressing is not going to help the situation.
You need to find a way of calming down, I know Wednesday may seem like a life time away but you need to chill out relax, get a book have a nice relaxing bath.
Why do you not go to the maternity hospital on monday and see if they will check for you they normally have more time than the doctor, they will realise you need to have your anxiety sorted sooner than later
Good luck for wednesday if you cannot get into the hospital before

I have heard that if you put an ice cube on your stomach, the baby will move to get away from the cold.
