That's just a few spelling differences between the english and American. Notice that most words that would end in OR in America would end as OUR in the UK. And while American's use "Z's" in words like REALIZE the English use "S" which results in realise. The spelling is quite different between Amereican and English, but if you look it up some on the internet you may be able to find differences between spelling.
