I get it too, I think it's a type of mould.
I just clean it off with some bleach.
I also notice it sometimes around the base of taps and around the base of the caps that cover the screws holding the shower cubicle together.

a bathroom should be cleaned regularly at least once a day other wise you'll start to breed microscopic fungas germs that can over time mutate into a serius problem an it sounds like you've already got some next you'll start to get loads of little things like specks of black ash running then flying arround your bathroom etc ,then you'll most likely start feeling ill when ever you use your bathroom dont worry though all you afto do is scrub everything down waring gloves then wipe everything with detol for these germs or fungas thrive on normal cream cleansers have a nice day an good luck

Well, why not? Just take care that you bath in your third day or later because the second day is actually the most important day due to the fact that this is the day the ovum is released and obviously if you bath in the first day your period may completely stop for the whole month or come again the following days or weeks and this is because the blood pressure is not as strong and is easily stopped. By experience I would tell you that the best day to bath is the third because the blood pressure is still somewhat strong and the ovum has already been released.

This residue is caused by bacteria and is also what causes "pink eye infection" Clean bathroom suite regularly with bleach and make sure you wear household gloves in order to avoid picking up an infection.

If you like me live in an area where the ground/dirt is red, some of it is carried on the water and the accumulative mineral residue left when it dries shows red/pink.

Hi its body fat, yes I know gross eh! I used to work cleaning in a hotel and in the gym and it used to build up in there its the heat and sweat off your body in the steamy environment.
You need to get a scouring pad and clean every few days in your bathroom, it will always be there, as long as your cleaning it wont build up.
