Please answer me why our president Manmohan singh stands strong on this treaty while communists are opposing it.Give me your views.What are all the advantages and dissadvantages for both the countries throug this treaty.

Communists probably would rather have relationships with the Russians or maybe even the Chinese. It could be they resent the capitalist Americans. The benefits to the US are better controls on where the nuclear fuel goes. The benefits to India are better technology. Hopefully it means better relations between both countries.

I don't understand why India won't sign the non-proliferation treaty. That could kill the deal. Who are they planning on selling technology to?

Liberals -- revel in the true face of your pretentious "hero". Obama is a communist even BEFORE he's elected. Can anyone imagine what he'll be like if he becomes President and is no longer pressured to put on a good face for the public? Obama talks about "change" the way the Bolsheviks talked about a "revolution". He is an outright Marxist. Why do people ignore this fact up until he is recognized as such by other Marxists?

The communist party stand against nuclear treaty between India &America because it is the treaty which affects India's soverginity.
