I understand basic concepts like unions, employers, employees. How do they relate according to the current laws? Why are people angry about the current laws? What do angered people want to change about the legislation?

Currently it is a 1 way street and that is not the way free enterprise works. Workers are seeing a few get filthy rich off of the backs of many! What even angers them more is the Rich's attitude that they are somehow entitled! NOT!!

They have seen CEO's salaries skyrocket while the workers can't keep up with inflation.

Most can't strike as the government outlawed it, so there goes your only bargaining chip.

Then many go under and steal there employees pension funds!
There is no such thing as Free Enterprise in this country, and if someone tells you there is they are full of hot air!

How many millionaires have you seen pick up a weapon?

Bty buying chinese manufactured products one cannot worry about industrial relations as then one has given all power to a most favoured nation. N oone complains untill they put lead paint in mey childs tickle me elmo doll. They have no problem with nuclear waste as they just add it to the plastic and sell it to the dumb americans.
