DEFINITELY NOT! MVP and Matt Hardy Tag Team Championship reign can be compared to the reign of Stone Cold Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels back in 1997. Stone Cold and Shawn Michaels can't stand each other just like MVP and Matt. With this reign, it helped catapulted the career of Stone Cold (well of course not to be outdone are his Austin 3:16 speech in the King of the Ring and his win over Shawn Michaels in Wrestlemania XIV). This Tag Team reign will also be a huge push for MVP and Matt because the storyline is really interesting. With MVP's cocky, selfish and arrogant attitude he may start a new Attitude Era just like Stone Cold did and become the face and superstar of WWE in the future.

this is a oft-done angle in WWE and in all of wrestling,"lets get two guys who are feuding, and give them the tag belts, and see the friction between them grow" yes they are like cena in HBK in the way that they are rivals, but Cena and Micheals were still both faces (officially, at any rate, pop or heat for cena depends on the city) MVP is a heel and hardy is a face, i think it would be nice to see a turn from one of them (a hardy heel turn would work best) and have them drop thier feud and become a bonafide tag team, as it would be unexpected and new, and maybe bring jeff over to smackdown to try and help his brother right his wrongs (but thats just wishful thinking on my part) i also dont think they will hold the belts for as long as cena and hbk did either

Their WWE Tag Team Championship reign will probably end shortly before the two face each other at the Unforgiven pay per view.

yes...thts wat i thot 2 wen i herd tht MVP and Matt Hardy are teaming up!!...its so dumb, they repeat the same story. i bet they r doin the same thing with randy orton's story!!...u remember wen edge slapped cena's dad, wat happened??...the only difference is this time randy kicked cena's dad!!...wwe is all about repeating stories!!
