Get them from your bank or travel agency. You can cash them for local currency when you get to your destination. Be sure to sign them BEFORE you leave home otherwise if stolen, anyone can use them.. Keep a note of the numbers so that you can track them if they are stolen. Ohhh and don't Cash them in your holiday hotel - they charge for the privilege!

Traveller's Checks are no longer in fashion or as useful as it once was. Just bring your ATM card, cash or credit card.

But if you really want traveller's checks, get them from the bank or sometimes from a big money exchanger. It can be difficult in some countries to get people to exchange it to cash and the fees can be a little high.

You can get travellers checks from any banking institution. there are a couple of different kinds, depending on your needs and how many parties are involved. Most banks do not charge for them if you are a member and can explain in detail how and when to use them.

I used to be a bank teller. You get them from the bank. I have sold alot of them. You sign them at the top when you get them, then, when you spend them your signature at the bottom has to match your other signature. If they are American Express, they can be replaced if they get lost or stolen, as long as you have the check number records.

You can get them at a bank. They are checks. You need to sign them as soon as you get then and then sign them again when you purchase. If they are lost or stolen you can report them and be reimbursed.
