I have severe endometriosis and take a drug that puts me in "medical menopause." I've tried getting of this medication but without it my quality of life isn't that great due to the pain.
That being said, I suffer a major lack of libido due to the "menopause." Dry as a bone, no feelings, barely arousable and of course sex is quite painful due to the dryness; what can I do? I am exactly in the same situation as you are because I take ACE inhibitors. I am hypertensive. My husband throughly understands. Personally, my sex life is really nil and I guess I don't mind anymore. What a tough life huh?
As for my husband, I keep him satisfied by other means. I am not sure if you follow; but there's oral.
