you can only physically differentiate a virgin woman from someone who is not... but then again, there can still be errors there. it is not an exact science.
for males, there really is no physical manifestation of the virginity.

No way to tell other than to make a jacking motion: If he grins or blushes, he masterbates, if he looks puzzled, he is a clueless virgin. Of course most guys are considered virgins until they have intercourse-- may be master masterbaters but never had to real stuff. Again, ask them and if they grin, they are probably experienced, if they blush, they are probably still virgins.

The only way to know if a guy is a virgin is to ask and hope he is truthful or put it to the test and see what he does in action

His skin tears when he has sex for the first time or he feels very painful and some rash develops... I know as I am a Psychologist and understand how it works.
