I recently ended a relationship of seven months and met another girl at the same time this relationship started. We talked as friends during this relationship and the other day in conversation it was mentioned that we were breaking up and she asked me if I was moving and invited me to a party and said I was invited back when it was planned but never told me till now. Also she has started inviting me to other things as well, my question is...why the strong insistence on whether I was moving or not before inviting me to these events?

She wants you but she doesn't want a jealous ex after her?? Did you actually move? Maybe she wants to come over to your place and was making sure the coast was clear?
You can never really know until you ask her.

She was just checking on how the relationship was. By that I mean if you were hanging around your ec and trying to work out the relationship or if you were moving on with your life. She was only being cautious of your situation.

hi...i think your inner sense knows what this mean,but you need others apinion cause you are not sure.Answer is yes,that girl likes you,and she probabbly have plans about you but she is not sure will you come back to your ex.That is why she asked you are you moving out before she send you invitation.she just want to be on secure ground,cause moving shows her that there is no ways about calming things down witn your ex..i hope this was helping,good luck
