The signs that are NOT compatible with yours are Cancer and Capricon.
The only sign that is opposite of yours is Libra.
Don't ask me why becoz this is the list i have taken from a horoscope website. Maybe those signs that are compatible with yours have personality traits that Aries people like, i guess.

Anyone can get along regardless of their signs, if they want to. But in astrological terms, aries goes great with leo, sagittarius, gemini, and aquarius. maybe even libra
