I have an nvidia geforce 7600 GTS overclocked 256mb ram.
(I know, I know... kinda old)

Anyways, If I SLI it with another card, will it produce fantastic results, or should I just get a different graphics card?

The card was overclocked by the manufacturer, so how do I un-overclock it if I need to?

What? Downgrade a factory overclocked graphics card. Factory overclocked cards are designed to run GREAT at that setting. They usually come with better coolers and faster v-ram. No gamer in his right mind would buy a factory overclocked card then just downgrade it.

Check out performance of SLI set ups here:

Compare it with single cards in another chart. Then decide which way to go. Consider also DX10 cards in single set up.

Yes you will get result when you SLi them (get that same card from the same manufacturer)

But keep in mind that the performance increase is not 2x Maybe around 1.8x or so.

Secondly that is a directx 9 card. If by a different card you mean GeForce 8, they are the new geen DirectX 10 cards, and are also folds more powerful that even 2 7600

If you SLI your card with another identical , you'll get a wonderful result, I first suggest you to un-overclock your first video card to avoid any unprecedented problems =P

Remember , 2 brains think more than 1

(2 video card are way better than 1)
