im thinkin of getting 7 series but dont know which 1 does anyone have any advice or performance details from their graphics cards, ty for help :)

Yes, you will wan't to go to www.crucial.com and do the ( auto scan feature ) this will tell you not only what the latest, and best card available for your computer is, but also it will tell you which is actually the best compatablility with your current motherboard chipsets...check it out, I did...

DUDE... thats a damn good card. i only have an INvidia 5500 GE FX and like its realy good so like you dont need anyhtign higher than like an 7500 BECOZ craphics can only get so good untill theres nothing else to improve on and like its a waist of mony. so like get a 7000 or somethgin lol. oh and sence you sound like a gamer and it seems you like halo make shure the modle you get has graphic shadders.

Cheap options: 7300GS, 7300GT, 8400GS (good bang for the back and overclocks well), 8500GT

Better options: 7600GT, 8600GT (factory overclocked version is great).

Faster and more expensive cards would require a bigger power supply.
