Hawaii is growing thanks to volcanic activity but are Alaska or louisiana growing more rapidly through delta growth?
Are there anyother states that have increasing area due to tectonic movement?

Florida and Louisana and losing due to coastal erosion (cut down their mangroves and other coastal plantings) and rising sea levels. Also the subsidence of oil and water pumping in LA. The former growth of the Mississippi delta has been eliminated by various man-made changes (see wiki reference) and rising sea levels.

Hawaii is growing, at least the Big Island. And there is another island, currently a seamount that will surface in thousands of years. And they don't lose much of the older islands like Kauii - the lava is pretty tough and the slopes are steep.

California's coast doesn't change much but after reclaiming land in the Sacramento River Delta 150 years ago, some of those tracts have been innudated with brackish water, so that's lost land. The Sierra and the San Gabriels are getting taller and steeper due to techtonics, but that occurs inland.

Alaska gains a bit from Volcanos, but not as much as Hawaii and it's a tiny percentage. Augustine added a bit last winter down the road from us. Volcanos go off in the Aleutians every year, but rarely does lava get to tidewater.

Areas between Prince William Sound and Haines (e.g. Yakutat) are actually rebounding from the lack of ice-age snow pack. On some shallow-sloped parcels, that has added dozens of feet of beach-front property.

But the W, NW and N shores of Alaska are very low and shallowly sloped. So increased sea levels and increased wave action (due to fewer months of sea ice) are really hammering the shoreline. We're still over twice the size of Texas, but losing some of the margin.

So that leaves Hawaii as the one growing the fastest.

I would guess at Hawaii. Louisiana is actually loosing land because oil drilling is causing subsistence. Because of a very narrow continental shelf and harsh weather, I doubt Alaska is adding much.
