Odd question
there are so may software which will detect the trojan or spyware and delete it for u.
Norton, Mcafee, AVG, panda, etc, antivirus with internet security will detect them, there r also special program for detecting them like sybolt, search & destory.
But wait, there is one thing more so of the trojan, spware, etc, might attack these software or enter a key into the registry that might bring back the virus again for that u might have remove it manually, who that u might have to post ur quetion about a virus and some it expert will guide u step by step for removing this virus,

Avast is the best I have found. I downloaded some songs that had viruses in them, and I got a free download of Avast. It seriously rocks. It detects, and helps you delete it or what ever you might want to do. It is some great software. The guy above me has the link. Avast, is the thing.
