Nope- because it isn't. Every citizen of the state of Israel has equal rights. The only thing the law of return does is to let Jews become citizens faster- but anyone can become a citizen of the state of Israel.

I guess Germany's law that says people of Germanic ancestry who never lived in Germany have a right of return.
The same is true for many other nations such as Armenia, Croatia, Greece, and many other nations.

on a side note why is it that Saudi Arabia is the only nation where a person is required to be a member of a particular religion?

Israel is a Jewish country, and is not trying to hide that fact.
How does Israel compare to Saudi Arabia? Israel lets other religions practice openly. I've seen monks and nuns in Israel. Jerusalem had loudspeakers calling Muslims to prayer. In Saudi Arabia, any religion other than Islam must be hidden.

Yes, it's racist -- so is affirmative action, and the NAACP. So are scholarship programs that benefit only Asians, or only Irish, or any group or program that advocates or provides benefits for one particular ethnic group.
Many things are racist -- that doesn't make them evil, unless they attempt to destroy or harm other races in the process.
Israel was created to provide benefits for members of the Jewish religion and the Jewish race (distinct but largely overlapping groups). So, yes, they provide certain benefits that are not available to others.

Israel is it's own country, with it's own set of laws and government. Let them decide and deal with their people the way they see fit, as long as they are not committing mass murder and do not compromise our national security!
