Always speak your mind and be truthful,holding back what you want and maybe need to say can cause more harm then saying what you have to say.
By not saying what you have to say will not change the fact that you may break someone's heart.Sometimes what needs to be said,needs to be said quickly and in the long run maybe less hurtful,then if you say nothing at all.

It takes me a while to get what I want to say straight in my mind. I've written letters to people I needed to clear the air with and then read them out loud to them. And other times I just pick up the phone and let er rip.
