If a married woman get's involved with another woman, the married woman is called BI, If a married man gets involved with another man, he is gay. I think they are both discusting and gross, why are there two different standards?

Actually, they are both bisexual if (and only if) they continue to have relations with both sexes. If they dedicate themselves to the same sex relationship, then they are not bi and anyone using the English language correctly will not refer to them as such.
