will be fabric break easier and stuff?

It depends on the dye you use- if you commercial rit dye or dyes like that no.
If you use procion mx dyes then yes it does as you have to use soda ash first which does break down the fibers.

The process of dying the fabric will not change the grade of fabric you have used. As the other answerer mentioned, it may shrink, depending on the fabric used. What you start out with, is what you end up with ( abet somewhat smaller if the fabric has a tendency to shrink)

It may not break easier, but it may shrink since you have to use the hottest water to make the material take the dye.
