I fall asleep better if the room is cold...and I have lots of blankets to snuggle in...In the winter..sometimes..I will open a window when I go to sleep...I like the cold fresh air...it feels really good...

Yes. When I'm hot I can't fall asleep no matter what I try. If it's cool in my bedroom, I snuggle down in the blankets and fall asleep quickly.

Not me, but I know people who do. I have spent the night at different peoples houses who keep their house like an icebox. I thought about crawling in the refrigerator to try to warm up. If you are one of those people be kind to you guests and provide extra blankies. Next time I go visit my sister I am bringing enough clothing to rob a 7-11 in Iceland.

yup... i cant fall asleep and other way ... if im hott ill be up all night i sleep with a fan on low like 2 ft.away.... and the air HAS to be on and i only use 1 blanket that ive had for a while so its not to thick ...cold is the way to be when your trying to go night night ! and here i thought i was the only one ♥

I can only fall asleep when I have a blanket over me, so yes, the room has to be a little cold so I can be toasty under my blankets.

Usually, unless I am chilled to the bone already like coming inside after being out in the cold and wet. Then when I warm I go out like a light.

Yes! Just snuggle up under the sheets and get comfortable.
As a southern Californian, it's always hot when I go to bed. It's uncomfortable, and it can get gross. Cold is always better than hot. You can put more layers on when your cold. But you can't really take layers off when you're too hot. :[

YES YES YES YES...finally someone who understands me...im assuming u do....i DEFINATELY do...if im the slightest bit hot i cant sleep..it is so uncomfortable...im always burning up...im hot right now as a matter of a fact..but yeah i keep a fan on me and the air on like 70...and i love the feeling of kinda being cold but bein all rapped up in the blankets....ewww its makin me wanna just go to sleep right now..i ttyl..
