There are so many great quotes, it's impossible to choose, but this one by Thoreau is among the best, I think. Inspirational and to the point.
The trouble with quotations is that they are often spoken with conditions or as absolutes, so, the opposite, or antithesis, of the quote can make the quote not entirely true.
I love quotes that are inspirational :)
