Audition, audition, audition
You go to every audition you can find
and watch out for those "acting", "modeling" type classes and siminars- most are just scams to get your money.
Only go with acting classes that are legit, and not promising to make your kid a star for three easy payments of $399.99

I don't think you can just CHOOSE where and what channel she acts for. She will need professional photos, maybe an agency, acting classes, and she'll probably have to start small like commercials and things so she can build a resume.
But Disney has audition dates and times for the shows they are looking to find actors for on their website.

That's right, she needs an agent. She needs to be "appraised" for talent first though and a reputable agent will only take her on if she has something "a cut above" the norm.

She should be in local plays and other acting events so she can build a portfolio of jobs and references. It doesn't matter if you think she's good...what matters is what those in the business think

Here is a place to start.
You can also google child talent scout and start seeing what you can find in your area.

Tell your daughter she has no chance of ever being on Disney channel. Also she should be ashamed of herself for posing as an adult. To anyone who was going to answer this, read her other posts. Obviously a kid. Don't lie on here. We don't like being taken for fools. BUSTED!

Well you can take her to auditions in LA but its realy tough to get selected since there are so many kids (and their parents) who wants to be in that channel and get their 15 minutes of celebrity. Its nearly impossible and you have to make that crystal clear to your daughter before you go to audition.

Otherwise try to get her into acting/school classes she realy want to be an actress. Good luck! Johan

the sole thank you to be on the Disney Channel, is to be represented by way of an enterprise in la who basically settle for the authentic actors. Or attend one in all Disney's open casting calls. Why Disney? My enterprise instructed me that they do no longer pay the actors plenty.
