It means who left you in charge, it's usually directed at someone that comes across as being bossy

To me it means that apparently I have tried to take charge of a situation or scenario and someone disagrees with it.
I like to remain quiet and see how well others do under pressure though. How they do with their knowledge and resources. Most of the time not well at all.
