I just bought Roller Coaster Tycoon 3: Pulatinum and it says my driver do not meet minimum requirements. it needs to motherload ATI do I need to buy and install a new driver? PLEASE HELP ME!

Your computer specs should meet or exceed your game's specs. But the driver thing...I forgot what ATI is (sound card, graphics card?) but you may not need to buy a new one, just update it.
To update it, go to the website for your components, and find the links for downloading the drivers. If you haven't updated them in a while, it could take a long time. From there, the site or sites you're on will basically walk you through the process of updating everything. Once you're done, try to install your game.
Now, if you bought the game, but your system doesn't meet the minimun specs to run it, and believe me, RCT3 is really graphically intense and is very harsh on the computer, you might have to buy more memory, or a new graphics card.

Yes unfortunately you do, you should always check the info on the back of the cover or on most internet descriptions when you buy a game, they tell you what those minimum requirements are and you should know your pc's capabilities but i guess for some people thats asking quite a lot (no offense to you, i mean that literally). I guess you could try returning it.
