Ladies Home Journal and Redbook. I subscribed to them because I like magazines and the price was right. Couldn't handle them, they were totally geared toward married women, totally ignored single women. Most of the articles were "How to do this with your husband, or how to make your husband happy" or some other mindless drivel. If you have to have a magazine tell you how to make your husband happy, then you're in trouble. I liked Cosmo for a while because it was more for single women, but I soon realized it was for younger women. Finally found one I like, More magazine, it's directed toward women over 40, and it's not all sappy marriage enhancing stuff.

I hate fashion magazines like "Vogue" or "Glamour". They are so full of ads that it's virtually impossible to find the articles. Another thing that annoys me is how they constantly have those revolting perfumed strips that make the magazines stink.

I cannot stand that they say words like sex and affair on the cover. Because my stepdaughter (7) can read well and came home one day from reading covers at the supermarket and said to my hudsband, "oh daddy I read a cover of a magizine today and it said "How to make great sex!:" Isnt that sillly" and I got in so much trouble!
And I cannot stand PLAYBOY! OMG! Like I watch Girls next Door but thats different!

i hate ppl who have that much muscle.
