The one and only sure sign (early on) is a positive pregnancy test, period. You might have headaches, you might have nausea, you might have cramping or bloating, you might have an aversion to food, you might have headaches, you might have spotting, there's a million and one symptoms you MIGHT have that COULD indicate pregnancy. But every single symptom could also be from something else. Early on, the ONLY way to know you are pregnant is a positive pregnancy test (either the pee on it kind or the blood kind). There is no other "sure" sign, as even a BUNCH of signs could STILL be the result of something other than pregnancy.

Aside from a positive pregnancy test, you would give birth somewhere around 9 months after your last period.

Besides you missing your periods you could go through morning sickness where the woman feels sick in the mornings and she is sometimes vomiting. Also your breasts feel itchy and looks a little bigger than normal. Go see your doctor and have a test done to make sure.
