The death of my 3 yr. old cousin. She was hit by a 17 yr. old w/a permit. That wasn't accompanied by an adult, he left the scene of the crime & has been told to slow down in the subdivision prior the her death. The thing that makes it the hardest is that not only did he leave the scene of the crime, pot & alcohol was found in his system. If he had not been going 25 miles over the speed limit she wouldn't have been killed. But he was let off w/just a slap on the wrist. He got 2 years *the very minimum* & could be out in 1 1/2 years on good behavior. I think about her every day She would have been 5 July 9th. There really is no funeral worse than a childs.

I don`t think you can ever "get over" the loss of someone you loved. It does hurt less after a while, but it always stings. I`d say the Loss of my father hit me very hard especially because we live so far away from each other. At least I can think about him now, without crying.

Being molested from age 9-13 I though it was fun at the time but later found it was not. I still have problems to this day and I'm 49.

Moving to a new, worse state at the beginning of middle school. I remember those years and they were terrible but made me so much stronger. So much racism to deal with.

Hurricane Katrina. I almost died. I'm still not over it, but I don't think about it every day. It's the reason why I'm financially in debt, trying to replace my losses.
