I don't have many applications even in my start up also except yahoo msngr and etc..

In task manager go to process tab. Here you can see the current running processes (Both CPU usage and memory usage). The Images which are using maximum amount of memory, if they are not important then end that process. I think, any one of your programs like anti-virus or Real time virus scan (Rtvscan.exe) runs from first and using too many memory. So try it......... and keep informing............

What you can do is go to Start>Run>Type "Msconfig" (no quotes). This will open the system utilities menu. If you click on the start up tab you can disable alot of the smaller programs that run at startup. Also try scanning for viruses and spyware/malware. If all looks good then throw another stick of memory in your machine. The problem with your songs getting obstructed when browsing the net could be a result of the RAM being consumed.

Task manager is showing you the page file usage, not your physical RAM usage.

Your video card undoubtedly eats some memory. This is very common.
