I mean do you study the same things and can get the same careers?

There is some overlap with these topics...and yes the jobs you can get with these degrees can overlap as well. If you want to work in a zoo, go with zoology. If you want to work with animals in the wild..you can with wildlife biology, wildlife management, etc. You need to check out the actual classes offered under these majors to see what interests you the most. You will probably find that some of these majors offer a lot of the same classes.

Check the curriculum of both is there are separate degrees offered. I imagine that at the bachelor or master levels, there is very little different; maybe a few courses. At the doctorate level, there may be more profound differences.
