How do I get rid of a virus that plays ghost chatter that sounds like a clip from America Funniest Home Vide?

When online, I sometimes experience a delay in my computer that ends up playing audio clips in the background of my computer. Because there is no video or text box, I cannot access it to close it and when I try to detect it using Windows Task Mgr, there is nothing listed. Please Help!

You can download a free trialware version that they claim is the newest and best free antivirus program out there. Norton also offers trialware for 30 days that should get rid of it.
