When deeply involved with work, how do you separate yourself during the weekends?

All work and no play makes.....

Anyway if you are referring to yourself. You must be pretty dedicated to your job. I applaud you for that.
But in order to do a good job thru out the week you need to care for yourself and have some fun during the week-end.

Find things to do and places to go to occupy your time and thoughts. Hang out with friends and family. Refresh yourself for when the Week begins and you have a fresh start. If you dont eventually you will get burned out at your job.
