Mickey Rooney is 87, and still doing commercials.

Honorable Mention:
Phyllis Diller, as mentioned by the next answerer is 90... but hasn't been working since 2005 when she had a pacemaker installed. She cancelled an appearance on the Tonight Show earlier this year.
Jerry Lewis is 81, but not really "working", although he does the Jerry's Kids telethon once a year.
Jerry Stiller is 80 and is still working.
