They all want to see a picture and resume.
Without a resume that at least includes school plays, they will probably refer you to Central Casting for extra work on the shows.
Open auditions for some Disney shows are regularly held in NYC, Nashville and Los Angeles and are usually advertised in the newspapers. These are open cattle calls that take all day and you get one minutes on stage.

Try start acting in a theater and hopefully someone will notice u sooner or later and get u started in an acting career. Good Luck.
