Okay, so I kinda accidentally shattered the rear side window of my manager's van. It's about 10-15 years old, but I have to pay for it. About how much do you think a side window for a van would cost me...(considering I have to pay for it)?

Is it custom van window or factory type window?
Best bet is to take it to some local glass shops.

If you have a self service or "U-pull-it " junkyard in your area,a side window should be about $20,but you will have to remove it yourself.

Pick one up for him at the auto salvage yard. Probably 5 bucks.

Windows and the rubber molding can be VERY tricky if you don't have the right tools.

Pay someone to fix it. $140.00 +/-
