First, the WIllamette Valley is a geographic area in Oregon, not a town. It is also quite a large area, from Portland to Eugene.

What part of Colorado? It also is a large state. With lack of more detailed information, I will use Eugene, OR and Denver, CO.

It is 1,275 miles from Eugene to Denver, which would take approximately 20 hours actual driving time. You could make this easily in 48 hours, allowing for two decent nights sleep, fuel and food stops, etc.

Roughly 3 days.

It could be more or less dpending on how much sleep you need to get, weather conditions, etc.

Good luck with your road trip!
