Indefinite imprisonment of US citizens on US soil without trial: Not only has the US government arrested and indefinitely detained countless foreigners, but there have been several cases [e.g. here] of US citizens being apprehended on US soil and held indefinitely in military prisons without trial.

Bush routinely ignores federal laws and Constitutional requirements -- this is not only well known, but even the Supreme Court has commented on it more than once.

In the case of the executive order you cite -- it's based on an underlying federal statute that does not allow it to be used the way people fear it might -- but then again, given that Bush has shown total disregard for legal limitations so far, there's no reason to think that just because it's not allowed by the statute that he won't try using it that way.
