YES! He certainly went overboard, really overboard! My God, it's a little girl who had an accident! He has committed a serious act of child abuse and should not be ANYWHERE near the little girl! He broke her neck! Get him away from the child before it's too late. Seek legal help.

umm like heck yes! What kind of question is that? Of course he went to far.....he needs to be kept away from other people especially children if he's apt to get that worked up over events.
