i have cloudy car windows. my neighbor said it was from my airconditioning. it is greasy. how do i clean it?

First of all, are you losing coolant? You could have a bad heater core, that is leaking and that cloudy film could be coolant, and you are breathing it while you drive.

either that or someone is smoking in your car.

I use vinegar water and newspapers to clean the windshield and it does a good job for me.

Check on the coolant and make sure it isn't low, it really is not healthy to breath that stuff, get it fixed soon. For your health.

buy the finest rubbing compound from your neighborhood hardware store...spray the windows with a little water...put a nick of compound, get a nice clean rag, and rub.....u will feel the coarseness slowly go away and voila! good as new windows..apply to the inside to remove grease as well.....be careful though...rubbing too much might scratch.....do it slowly but surely

I,m with fordman also. It sounds like you have a leaking heater core.

Also feel the carpet on the pasenger side for moisture. (coolant)
